- By checking out, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
- Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed. If something is out of stock (certain color shirt, sweatshirt, etc), I will contact you within 1-2 business days with alternative options. If we cannot agree on a proper substitution, you will be refunded immediately.
- By checking out, you are agreeing to my current turnaround time of 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS. Businss days do NOT include weekends or holidays.
- Refunds are only issued if there is an error on Penguin Personalization's part.
- Refunds are not issued for any washing errors that may occur.
- We do not offer exchanges or returns.
- Penguin Personalization is not responsible for any packages once they are dropped off to USPS/UPS. If a package is lost in transit, you are responsible for making a claim with the proper shipping company. You will be emailed the tracking number when your order is shipped.
- If your package is returned back to Penguin Personalization, you will be issued a refund MINUS the shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for making sure your mailing address is correct when checking out.
